In Part 2 we integrated our beingness into our 4th dimensional self to allow our 4th dimensional frequency of experience to be our primary, predominant self. We are in the process of expanding our consciousness into higher and higher frequencies. However, we will not lose connection with our 3rd dimensional self, at least within this moment of what we have left of time.

On the other hand, our third dimensional Self will no longer be our predominant expression. Instead, our third dimensional reality will be the reality that we visit, but we will live within the higher frequencies of our Multidimensional SELF. I now ask the Arcturians to assist us with Part 3 of integrating our Multidimensional Operating System.

The Arcturians Speak:
Our Dear Ascending Ones,
We are very joyous to assist you with this endeavor, for we are increasingly a part of your life within each moment of your NOW. When we say “we,” we don’t mean just we the Arcturians, we mean, “we theGalactics, the Celestials, the Ascended Masters and Gaia.”

Gaia is returning to Her new, marvelous 5th dimensional expression of “New Earth.” We say return, for the 5th dimension is not ruled by timeas you know it in your lower worlds. Hence, something is not created; it just is, for ALL is infinite.

We will begin with a short journey into 5th dimensional Earth. So pack your psychic bags, and open your Heart and Third Eye. Then, you can better perceive this wonderful reality that you are in the process of creating. Allow the Multidimensional Operating System that you have integrated so far to direct you to see New Earth…

Now, how do you get to New Earth? You get to New Earth by expanding your consciousness into that frequency of reality. Take some long, slow, deep, breaths, while making sure that your exhale is twice as long as your inhale. Slowly relax into the lovely images of peace, calm, safety, unity and joy.

Begin by imagining the favorite components of your reality. As you experience these favorite components, let’s say, being in nature. Envision yourself in your favorite place in nature. That nature could be your backyard, your patio, or the wilds of a Wilderness Area.

Nature is more ascended than most humans, for humans are the dear, brave volunteers who have taken on the strongest polarity. Because of this extreme polarity, they have had to deal with the greatest fear, as well as the greatest separation from the One. All of Gaia, Her planet, Her Nature, Her plants, Her animals, Her atmosphere wait for the humans’ ascension. Fortunately, many humans are listening to Gaia and allowing Her to assist them. You have all assisted Gaia so very much. NOW, it is time for you to allow Gaia to assist you.

Right now, in your mental image, connect via your consciousness to a beautiful place on Gaia’s body. Remember that your body and Gaia’s body are the same. For example, visualize your body sitting by the edge of the ocean. Your body and Gaia’s body are ONE. Experience how expanded you feel when you actually realize that YOU are Gaia…

Just as each grain of sand is Gaia, just as each pebble on the beach is Gaia, just as every drop of water, every fish, every cetacean, every boat, every person, every cloud, every sunrise, every sunset, just as they are all Gaia, you are Gaia, as well. When you realize this fact, you began to feel how you are at ONE.

You are at ONE with each pebble, at ONE with the sand, with the water and with the sky. You are a great Multidimensional Being. As you remember that, you feel that you are not only your physical self. Just as you can perceive that Gaia’s Earth expands into higher and higher frequencies, you can feel how your Multidimensional SELF expands into higher and higher frequencies.


Picture how the physical self that is sitting in whatever physical room you are in, is also your 4th and 5th dimensional self who is using the great power of your imagination to place you into this beautiful place in Nature…


The place is real. From within this beautiful place in nature, feel how you are every component of Nature…
Observe how this Nature expands into the 5th dimension…
As you feel Gaia’s 5th dimensional expression, allow it into your High Heart…


Listen as your High Heart tells your Third Eye, “It is fine now. This ONE is ready to experience New Earth.”


Then, your Third Eye, which includes your pituitary gland, tells your pineal gland, “Go right ahead and let the higher light in, as this being is ready to experience multidimensional perceptions. This being is ready to experience Ascension.”


Now, from within your 5th dimensional expression of SELF, you can perceive many multidimensional expressions of life. You can perceive how our many Starships are within the sky, as well as how we have landed, will land, are in the process of landing.


You can now understand how we are interfacing with all of the humans and how the humans are saying, “Welcome, we are so happy to meet you. We are so joyous that you are here.” You can also hear us saying, “We are so happy that you can embrace us in this wonderful, loving fashion.”


And now, bring that picture of your interaction with us, the higher expressions of your SELF, into your 4th dimensional aura. Your 4thdimensional aura has been integrated throughout your entire body and into each and every cell and atom of your body.


Thus, your 4th dimensional aura is ready to be your current, primary expression of SELF, so that it can assist in integrating your Multidimensional Operating System into your third dimensional brain.


Feel the Multidimensional Operating System as it moves into your heart, your emotions and your body to amplify the experiences of your 4th dimensional aura. You can hone in on the details of these multidimensional perceptions by looking through your Third Eye to focus on the details of any perception, reality and/or expressions of SELF. Highlight these details and you can pan back to get the entire image.


The Multidimensional Operating System integrates all your perceptions, thoughts, emotions and experiences into your body via your neural, electrical and light synapses. Your third dimensional self experiences these synapses as your neurons firing. Your fourth dimensional self experiences these synapses as electricity, and your fifth dimensional self experiences these synapses as light.


These synapses are connected from the Multidimensional Operating System into the matrix of each reality. For example, view your vision of the 5th dimensional Earth through your Multidimensional Operating System to perceive the synapses of the Matrix for the lovely area of Nature you just visited in your imagination.


Feel the synapse within your beingness as they resonate and connect the matrix of this reality to you Multidimensional Operating System so that you can experience that reality in a multidimensional manner.


If you observe these synapses with your Third Eye, you can hone in on the exact ley lines of each dimension. From this perception you can see how the ley lines are connected to your Multidimensional SELF.


Via your Multidimensional SELF these synapses also connect to your 4th dimensional aura. See the vague matrix around your 4th dimensional self. Look at the matrix of your physical form from this perspective.


The secret of connecting your Multidimensional Operating System to your 3rd dimensional brain is that you don’t connect it to JUST your 3rddimensional brain. You connect your Multidimensional Operating System to your entire 3rd dimensional matrix. In this way you will not overload your brain, as your entire earth vessel will be the receiver of these images, thoughts, and emotions.

Because you can now see the matrix of your 3rd dimensional body, you can see how these synapses are connected to the 4th dimension and to 5th dimensional New Earth. Your third/fourth dimensional reality is intertwining with your fifth dimensional reality!


Feel how this fifth dimensional reality moves into each and every area of your body. Observe how this connection moves into each and every synapse of your entire physical body, eventually extending into the 97% DNA that is activated by this fifth dimensional light.

When this DNA is fully activated, you will regain more and more of your united right/left brain functioning. When you are functioning at 100% brain capacity you can fully utilize your Multidimensional Operating System to function, not just with the 5% of your brain, but with 100% of your brain.

Your right and your left hemispheres, joined as One, will allow you to master both imagistic and analytic thought. When the 97% DNA is turned on, the full Multidimensional Operating System can finally integrate into your physical brain.

However, you will feel that connection throughout all of your body before you begin to send it to your physical brain. Imagine how the synapses of the 97%DNA is turning on and influencing all of your body before affects your brain.

Allow these synapses to gradually enter the brain and then enter a little more quickly, then even more quickly…

Your brain is in your body, but your body is in your mind.
FEEL how your brain has become your mind…
Breathe into that mind and allow your mind to breathe into you…
Allow the two to intermingle and Become One…

You are a Multidimensional Being. Your Multidimensional Operating System is fully connected to your third/fourth dimensional brain.

Now, just as you restart your computer after you change Operating Systems, you will restart your brain. Allow yourself time to rest, to sleep, and to relax. Therefore, put this process on pause.

Sometimes when you are downloading a big file into your computer it starts to go very slowly when you hit 97%. When you get to that 97% mark, pause the process and wait until there is a time to be completely still.

Then, click on that process and allow that last bit of multidimensional information to completely be downloaded and integrated. At that point, Power Down the process. In other words, turn OFF by going into a very deep state of meditation.

When you restart and come online after your meditation, your Multidimensional Operating System will be fully integrated.


Then, you will be YOU, your Multidimensional SELF.

Your Key to a Better Life

When you set out to do creative work—whether in the
field of selling, managing a business, writing a sonnet, improving
human relations, or whatever, you begin with a
goal in mind, an end to be achieved, a "target" answer,
which, although perhaps somewhat vague, will be "recog26

nized" when achieved. If you really mean business, have
an intense desire, and begin to think intensely about all
angles of the problem—your creative mechanism goes to
work—and the "scanner" we spoke of earlier begins to
scan back through stored information, or "grope" its way
to an answer. It selects an idea here, a fact there, a series
of former experiences, and relates them—or "ties them together"
into a meaningful whole which will "fill out" the
incompleted portion of your situation, complete your
equation, or "solve" your problem. When this solution is
served up to your consciousness—often at an unguarded
moment when you are thinking of something else—or perhaps
even as a dream while your consciousness is asleep
—something "clicks" and you at once "recognize" this as
the answer you have been searching for.
In this process, does your creative mechanism also have
access to stored information in a universal mind? 

Numerous
experiences of creative workers would seem to indicate
that it does. How else, for example, explain the experience
of Louis Agassiz, told by his wife:
"He had been striving to decipher the somewhat obscure
impression of a fossil fish on the stone slab in which it was
preserved. Weary and perplexed, he put his work aside at
last and tried to dismiss it from his mind. Shortly after, he
waked one night persuaded that while asleep he had seen
his fish with all the missing features perfectly restored.
"He went early to the Jardin des Plantes, thinking that
on looking anew at the impression he would see something
to put him on the track of his vision. In vain—the blurred
record was as blank as ever. The next night he saw the
fish again, but when he waked it disappeared from his
memory as before. Hoping the same experience might be
repeated, on the third night he placed a pencil and paper
beside his bed before going to sleep.
"Towards morning the fish reappeared in his dream,
confusedly at first, but at last with such distinctness that
he no longer had any doubt as to its zoological characters.

Still half dreaming, in perfect darkness, he traced these
characters on the sheet of paper at the bedside.
"In the morning he was surprised to see in his nocturnal
sketch features which he thought it impossible the fossil
itself would reveal. He hastened to the Jardin des Plantes
and, with his drawing as a guide, succeeded in chiseling
away the surface of the stone under which portions of the
fish proved to be hidden. When wholly exposed, the fossil
corresponded with his dream and his drawing, and he succeeded
in classifying it with ease."

PRACTICE EXERCISE NO. 1

Get a New Mental Picture of Yourself

The unhappy, failure-type personality cannot develop a
new self-image by pure will power, or by arbitrarily deciding
to. There must be some grounds, some justification,
some reason for deciding that the old picture of self is in
error, and that a new picture is appropriate.

 You cannot
merely imagine a new self-image; unless you feel that it is
based upon truth.

 Experience has shown that when a person
does change his self-image, he has the feeling that for
one reason or another, he "sees," or realizes the truth
about himself.

The truth in this chapter can set you free of an old inadequate
self-image, if you read it often, think intently \
about the implications, and "hammer home" its truths to
yourself.

Science has now confirmed what philosophers, mystics,
and other intuitive people have long declared: every
human being has been literally "engineered for success" by
his Creator.

 Every human being has access to a power
greater than himself.

This means "YOU."
As Emerson has said, "There are no great and no
small."

If you were engineered for success and happiness, then
the old picture of yourself as unworthy of happiness, of a
person who was "meant" to fail, must be in error.

Read this chapter through at least three times per week
for the first 21 days.

 Study it and digest it Look for examples
in your experiences, and the experiences of your
friends, which illustrate the creative mechanism in action.

Memorize the following basic principles by which your
success mechanism operates.

 You do not need to be an
electronic engineer, or a physicist, to operate your own
servo-mechanism, any more than you have to be able to
engineer an automobile in order to drive one, or become
an electrical engineer in order to turn on the light in your
room.

 You do need to be familiar with the following,
however, because having memorized them, they will throw
"new light" on what is to follow:

1. Your built-in success mechanism must have a goal or
"target." 

This goal, or target, must be conceived of as
"already in existence—now" either in actual or potential
form. It operates by either (1) steering you to a
goal already in existence or by (2) "discovering" something
already in existence.

2. The automatic mechanism is teleological, that is, operates,
or must be oriented to "end results," goals. Do
not be discouraged because the "means whereby" may
not be apparent. It is the function of the automatic
mechanism to supply the "means whereby" when you
supply the goal. Think in terms of the end result, and
the means whereby will often take care of themselves.

3. Do not be afraid of making mistakes, or of temporary
failures. All servo-mechanisms achieve a goal by negative
feedback, or by going forward, making mistakes,
and immediately correcting course.

4. Skill learning of any kind is accomplished by trial and
error, mentally correcting aim after an error, until a
"successful" motion, movement or performance has
been achieved.

 After that, further learning, and con-'
tinued success, is accomplished by forgetting the past

'errors, and remembering the successful response, so
that it can be "imitated."...

El universo no condena, censura, o hace distinciones, es la energía-pensamiento (almas) en la Libertad de su Libre Albedrío, quien escogerá su camino eterno. 

El universo nunca elimina, o discrimina a sus hijos-pensamientos, siempre les da muchas oportunidades, experiencias y vivencias, para que puedan obtenerlo. 

Muchos de ustedes, están activando el tercer 3 (9), el cual representa el Cuerpo Espiritual, creando con ello, el verdadero número cósmico: 3.3.3, y, al hacerlo, están levantando la frecuencia y vibración de sí mismos, y del electromagnetismo, a la elevación 9.

Arcturian/ Galactic Message


Many of you are having problems with your memory. You may not be sure if that problem is because you are increasingly slipping into the NOW, or if you are having an issue with your earth vessel. For many of you, this “issue” has arisen because you are thinking multidimensionally with your 3D brain.


Your 3D brain was not created to think multidimensionally. But, because your consciousness is expanding beyond the limitations of the physical world, you need to “shift gears” into the multidimensional thinking of your Multidimensional Mind.


You physical brain is calibrated to perceive the third and fourth dimensional realities, whereas your multidimensional mind is calibrated to perceive the fifth dimension and beyond. In other words, you must calibrate your consciousness to the higher brainwaves in order to process that which you perceive on the edges of your third dimensional perceptions.


Your third dimensional perceptions have been stretched to their limit trying to compute frequencies beyond the fourth dimension. Hence, your brief glimpses of something that is just beyond of third/fourth dimensional seeing and hearing, can only go into a subliminal level of your 3D brain.


Your earth vessel is feeling that something is very different, but it cannot determine what that “something” might be. All these changes in your perception are because you are making the transition from third/fourth dimensional perceptions into fifth dimensional, and beyond, perceptions.


Fourth dimensional perceptions occur when you are dreaming or when you are engaged in a creative or enjoyable endeavor. Gradually, you are becoming accustomed to these perceptions. As you become accustomed to this frequency of stimuli, it becomes your new “base-line” frequency of perception.

Then you will move on to the fifth dimensional perceptions. More and more of our grounded ones are experiencing something that speeds through their awareness, flickers at the edge of their vision, whispers softly into their hearing and/or speeds past their body.


These faintly perceptible perceptions are the increasing as you become entrained to the fifth dimensional reality that has ALWAYS surrounded you. Yes, the fifth dimension has always been a component of your reality, as the higher frequencies of reality exist infinitely within the NOW of the ONE.


The density of fear and anger that has surrounded dear Gaia for more “time” than you could count is finally beginning to waft away. Gaia is gradually ascending Her planet into higher and higher frequencies. Some of Her dear residents will not be able to remain attuned to the higher, baseline frequency and will continue to live within the 3D Matrix.


This 3D Matrix was provided a virtual reality in which beings of the third dimension could live on Gaia’s Earth. Gaia is now releasing Her 3D Matrix, as She is ready to return back into Her fifth dimensional state. You see Gaia misses Her higher frequency life.


Fortunately, there is also an ever-increasing number of humans who are remembering and missing the fifth dimensions of reality that are filled with unconditional love and multidimensional light. Within these realities there is no “time.” Therefore, time does not end or start, and realities do not end or start.


Life in the higher frequencies exists within the Flow of the NOW. Because Gaia’s resonance is flirting with the fifth dimensional NOW, more and more of Her inhabitants are becoming conscious of the frequency shift of their reality. Some are resisting this shift, which makes them fearful and angry.


On the other hand, many of you are “almost” recognizing that something is changing. We say “almost” because you know that something is different, but your 3D brain has no explanation for what is happening. Those who have meditated have prepared themselves for this shift by learning how to consciously experiencing higher dimensional states of consciousness.


We remind you that there are many manners in which our grounded ones can meditate. Therefore, just because one may not formally meditate, it does not mean that do no expand their consciousness into the higher dimensions. Any form of creative endeavor will serve to automatically expand your consciousness.


Once your consciousness begins to expand to encompass your conscious perception of the fifth dimension, you begin to experience reality as what your 3D brain would compute as “energy fields.” Since your 3D brain is not calibrated to perceive the fifth dimension and beyond, it can only interpret your brief fifth-dimensional perceptions as “energy fields.”


Your physical brain can only perceive that which is physical as “real.” Therefore, it puts all non-physical perceptions into the package of “energy fields.” Fortunately, more and more of Gaia’s ascending ones are beginning to consciously perceive these energy fields. However, since these energy fields are beyond the illusion of “time” and appear as a flash of energy.


We speak to our grounded ones within this NOW to assist the ascending ones to better understand how to consciously attend to these “flashes of perception.” First, remember to remind your self that these flashes are real. Your 3D brain is unable to accept that information. Therefore, remember to automatically connect with your multidimensional mind, which over-lights your physical brain.


You multidimensional mind resonates to the frequencies just beyond your fourth dimensional aura. We use the term “beyond” to make our statement more understandable to your 3D thinking. However, your fifth dimensional SELF is not “beyond” you. Your fifth dimensional SELF is “within” you.


With that explained, we wish to tell you that these “flashes of perception” are actually occurring within your core, which is the portal to your Multidimensional SELF. What is happening is that your core self, your Lightbody, is becoming activated by the higher frequency energy patterns that are entering Earth’s atmosphere.


These “flashes” are entering Gaia’s atmosphere, which is her planetary aura, because Earth is increasingly resonating to higher and higher frequencies. Those who are ascending with Gaia are also resonating to higher and higher frequencies. Therefore, their Lightbody, which has been latent within their kundalini force within their spine, is being activated.


Once the Lightbody begins it process of activation, the 3D brain and the Multidimensional Mind begin to merge. It is the merging of the 3D brain and the Multidimensional Mind that is allowing the perceptions of fifth-dimensional energy fields to be consciously perceived.


You, our grounded ones, can accelerate this marvelous process by reminding yourself to consciously attend to the ever-increasing perceptions for which your 3D brain which appear to have no explainable source or reason. This acceleration is occurring because your 3D brain is in its primary stages of merging with your Multidimensional Mind.


You can assist this process by telling your self that what you are just beginning to consciously perceive is “real.” That thought is the beginning of your bridge between your 3D brain and your Multidimensional Mind. Every time you “walk across this bridge,” you create neural synapses that connects your brain to your multidimensional mind via the wormholes of your “junk DNA.”

These wormholes are minute, multidimensional portals between your 3D brain and multidimensional mind. As you begin to perceive reality through your multidimensional mind, you will perceive the higher frequency energy fields before they have entered the “time” of your 3D Matrix.


Once you can recognize that these multidimensional energy fields are filled with unconditional love, you can open your heart and mind to totally accept them. On the other hand, if you recognize that an energy field contains fear-based emotions, you can send it unconditional love and blaze it with the Violet Fire.


When you work with energy patterns before they become manifest in your physical reality, you will be serving both yourself and Gaia by clearing possible fearful realities. Also, by recognizing the higher frequency energy fields, which are based on unconditional love and multidimensional light, you can full heartedly accept them into your personal and planetary reality.


Once you accept these fifth dimensional and beyond energy patterns into your reality, please ground them into the core of your Kundalini, as well as into the core of Gaia. In that manner, you will open the higher dimensional portals to your own consciousness. You will also serve as the guardian of that portal by grounding it’s energy package in the core of Gaia’s planetary vessel.


Do you see how VERY important you are to the process of ascension?


At first, you will likely recognize ONLY the negative energy fields, as your 3D consciousness is constantly on alert for problems. Eventually, you will feel comfortable with your service of working for ascension at the baseline level of energy fields.


When you love and transmute on the level of a energy field, you will be either assisting a loving energy field to be grounded into Gaia, or transmuting a fear-based energy field before it becomes manifest.


Eventually, you will feel confident enough to accept the higher dimensional energy packages into your personal portal. It is through the conscious acceptance of these higher dimensional realities INTO your SELF that you will begin the conscious unification with your Multidimensional SELF.


We wish that all our volunteers to Earth could instantly experience a swift return to SELF, but we know how strong the “brainwashing” is during your NOW. Fortunately, we can inform you that you Galactic Family is making great strides in the process of re-locating those who cannot, or will not, accept the light into their consciousness. We are very pleased that you, our emissaries to Earth, have been so dedicated in your process of assisting Gaia and ALL Her creatures.


As your consciousness continues to expand, you will begin to perceive more and more alternate, parallel and higher dimensional realities. Your Multidimensional Mind has always had these perceptions, but until NOW, it was too disconnected from your 3D brain for you to consciously be aware of these experiences.


Because your consciousness is now shifting into a higher frequency, you are releasing the illusion of “one reality at a time.” The key to this process of release is the word “time.” Remember, as you move into your fifth dimensional consciousness your perceptions are no longer limited by the 3D rule of polarized, separate realities.


Because you are shifting into higher perceptions, you are beginning to perceive several realities within the NOW; and all these realities are strangely intermingled. Of course, the “strangely” component only occurs to your 3D thinking that is still limited to the old concepts of separation, polarity and limitation.


As your consciousness becomes more multidimensional, your perceptions are becoming multidimensional. Hence, you may be confused as to “What reality is the REAL REALITY?” The answer is that all these realities are real within the their own energy field. If you were to enter an energy field of a certain reality, you would experience the thoughts, emotions, thoughtforms and energy fields of that reality.


However, you will not know that until you consciousness has “read” the energy of that reality. The energy fields encompassing every reality functions like a human’s aura. That which is in the core of the human is projected out onto the aura’s energy “screen.” It is the same for the energy fields in that the core energy field of that field is reflected onto the “dimensional membrane” of that reality.


Day by day, more and more members of humanity are beginning to consciously perceive these multidimensional energy fields. All of these energy fields represent slightly different frequencies of resonance that you can perceive while in different states of consciousness.


When you do perceive them, you experience them only as an “energy fields.” But, as you consider these energy fields as the auras of the realities, you consciousness will gradually expand to encompass that concept.

To your 3D brain, these multidimensional realities appear to be third dimensional, as that is the only manner in which your 3D brain can think. However, these realities are attached to the 3D Matrix, but extend their arch out far, far beyond the third dimension.


Higher dimensional realities exist within these orbs of realty. At first you may believe that these orbs are “new.” However, they have always been there, but your perceptions were limited to the third/fourth dimension. It is within this NOW that you are beginning to imagine what might be beyond the limitations of your 3D brain.


Do you remember when you used to believe that only that which was attached to the 3D Matrix was real? Now you are realizing that what is attached to the Matrix is an illusion and what extends beyond the matrix is the higher dimensional versions of that reality. All these realities are “real,” but only to those who resonate to that frequency. You will only perceive the dimensional realities to which you have opened your mind.


However, you may be deep in meditation, creativity, or even fun, which expands your consciousness into these higher frequencies, then in a flash, the 3D Matrix grabs your attention and you are back in the 3D Matrix. The Matrix is like a web to which you can easily become attached, and the more you struggle, the more intertwined you become.


If you can relax into your process, remember that you are a TRUE multidimensional, explorer. Just as Columbus did not know where he was going, but had to follow his inner call, you, too, will ALL follow your inner call. This call is the Clarion Call that signals,
