89-¿CÓMO SABEMOS QUE TENEMOS LA CONSCIENCIA DESPIERTA?

 

 El DESPERTAR DE LA CONSCIENCIA casi todos los seres del planeta lo tienen, pero no todos permanecen despiertos –comenzó diciendo el hermano Interano –muchos se vuelven a dormir, caminan y viven en lugares oscuros, experimentan situaciones desastrosas e indignas. Encuentran a su paso pequeñas luces de entendimiento, pero la conciencia los jala hacia caminos del desamor. Debencomprender que en el camino de todos los que han despertado, han emprendido el camino de regreso, este no es fácil ni tampoco simple. Es complicado, duro, arduo y espinoso. Muchos duermen el sueño del ensueño,

193caminando como sonámbulos vivientes, pasando por esta vida sin saber ni siquiera quiénes son. Algunos desisten y abandonan su meta, sin fuerzas se entregan a los vicios y placeres del mundo. Otros se encuentran en el filo del precipicio, al darse cuenta de dónde están se agarran fuertemente de algún sustento que los ayude a retomar el verdadero sendero. Y hay aquellos que son los guerreros, que combaten con valentía y salen victoriosos de cada batalla que se llama: Vida. No desistannunca y continúen adelante –dijo la hermana Interana -sientanla fuerza de la LUZ y AMOR dentro de ustedes, pero recuerdenque el amor primero comienza por ustedesmismos. “Si ustedesestánbien, todo estará bien”... Recuperensus fuerzas y no renuncien...¡¡Ámense con todas las fibras de su Ser!!... y tenganla seguridad que ustedesya vencierona la energía-negativa-enferma. El parásito está muriendo por inanición. Mientras ustedescombatancon las armas del Conocimiento, Entendimiento y Amor jamás nadie los vencerá. 

90-¿USTEDES DICEN QUE LOS ELECTRONES MIGRAN, NOS PUEDEN EXPLICAR? 

Esto es lo que ustedes conocen como: VAMPIRISMO ENERGÉTICO, SUGESTIÓN COLECTIVA, CONTAGIO, TRANSMIGRACIÓN DEL VIRUS, TRANSMISIÓN DE UNA IDEA O SENTIMIENTO POR INFLUENCIA DE UNA PERSONAetc. Efectivamente ciertos electrones migran, estos pertenecen al alma, ya que los electrones del cuerpo físico son fijos y siempre se mantienen girando toda una vida material. Los electrones psíquicos, son los que migran y de estos es que ustedes deben tomar mucho cuidado –dijo el hermano Aznahel.

 Existen tres tipos de electrones:ELECTRONES MATERIALES...Son aquellos que pertenecen al cuerpo-material, donde está grabada la genética hereditaria y cuyos padres le otorgarán a la nueva concepción y dependiendo el estado en que ellos se encontraban en ese momento –comenzó explicando el hermano Interano -Estos electrones entran en el momento de la concepción y dependiendo de la Fórmula y Herencia, girarán alrededor del Protón por toda una vida-material. Cuando el cuerpo-material fenece, ellos se retiran y van al Electromagnetismo, para esperar otra encarnación y otra vida. Estos electrones siempre llevan una secuencia genética en sus encarnaciones, queremos decir que en una misma familia, todos tendrán la genética ancestral de miles y miles de años atrás. La genética del padre y la madre se encontrarán presentes en la línea de sucesión, los genes que ambos traen consigo, los genes que tuvieron desde cuando fueron creados. La Energía-Material tiene un orden 194perfecto, seguirá su línea y esos electrones grabados es lo que ustedes conocen como: ADN.

 La Energía-Pensamiento sale delcerebro en forma de ELECTRONES-FOTONES y estos a pesar que no se ven tienen masa –dijo el hermano Luz -Al envolverse el ser con estos electrones, formauna capa, un colchón protector de electrones llenos de LUZ, contrarrestando la oscuridad y densidad delos electrones-negativos-enfermos oscuros y densos. La capa de LUZ -FOTÓNICA disminuye la fuerza negativa y bajasu intensidad. En pocas palabras: Los Electrones de LUZ transmutanlo negativo en positivo. El Macro-Cosmos y el Micro-Cosmos se comportan igual, no hay ninguna diferencia entre lo que ustedes ven en el exterior del planeta con lo que sucede en el interior del alma o sea con las emociones-negativas-enfermas en el Plexo Solar del Planeta y lasemociones-negativas-enfermas del Plexo Solar-Humano.Todo lo que sucede en el exterior, sucede en elinterior.  ELECTRONES-FOTONES 

Es muy diferente el alma que aún duerme el sueño del ensueño, delalma despierta y Consciente de su Causa y Efecto. El alma despierta vive de acuerdo a 195las normas y directrices cósmicas donde la ley divina prevalece y rige la acción, obra y pensamiento. El alma en estas condiciones de vida se prepara para el avance yelevación de sus electrones. Cada acción, obra y pensamiento elevado, sus electrones se van transmutando en fotones de LUZ y en quarks de AMOR. Los Bing-Bang son constantes. Esta sensación placentera el alma la siente y la refleja en el bienestar, armonía y paz de su vida –terminódiciendo el hermano Interano -Es algo que no se puede explicar, es un sentir profundo de felicidad y alegría. La frecuencia se eleva, porque el alma ha superado a la MATERIALIDAD y el MATERIALISMO. El alma está preparada a recibir y transmitir el Conocimiento Universal. Por lo tanto está regida por el Bebé-Espíritu y por los Sentimientos UniversalesPara saberlo es necesario que cada uno se mire en el espejo de su alma y descubra a través del auto-análisis cuáles son sus fallas, de que adolece su energía-cuerpo-alma –termino diciendo el hermano Elohim -Confrontarse con verdades que duelen o que no quiere ver, percibir y saber la verdad de su alma. El Amor es parte de... pero no lo es todo. El alma debe ir al origen y saber la verdad de su existencia. No puede dejar el trabajo a medias. Este proceso –dijo la hermana Interana –se define de esta forma,siempre y cuando la energía-pensamiento haga un camino correcto de elevación, pero puede suceder lo contrario, si el proceso es negativo-enfermo, entonces degradará las encarnaciones de lasenergías-pensamientos,convirtiéndose en un alma parasitada, enferma y degradada.EL ESPÍRITU-SINÓNIMO DE EXISTENCIAEl Espíritu se concibe, cuando el Alma del Ser Despierta su ConscienciaCósmica.En el momento que lo realiza –dijo el hermano Elohim –extrae de su alma lo mejor de lo mejor, significa que el Ser comienza a vivir de acuerdo a las energías-pensamientos más elevadas que existen dentro de él y lo que no es elevado lo comienza a transmutar de negativo a positivo. Significa que podrán transformar lo negativo con la “Mente” o sea con el Deseo-Creador nacido del Espíritu y de las Energía-Pensamientos elevados y positivos. El Alineamiento-Espirituales“Mental” pertenece a las Ideas y Pensamientos diseminados en el cosmos de la Mente Universal. Cuando decimos la palabra “Mental” nos estamos refiriendo a la Energía, o sea, a las Almas y Espíritus que se encuentran de regreso en el viaje cósmico. Son las Energías-Pensamientos que vuelven a quien los creó y les dala vida y existencia. Este conocimiento completo ustedes lo recibirán en la Ciudad Interna, cuando se encuentren aptos para recibirlo y hacerlo parte de sí mismos. El humano –continuó el hermano Interano –deberá transmutar los Electrones de su energía-oscura-densa en Energía-Fotónica. El Ser Humano tiene que despertar el inconsciente, pasarlo al subconsciente y llevarlo al consciente, proceso que le demora por la mezcla que debe hacer de sus energías-pensamientos y por la falta de ayuda de sus ancestros y padres en el momento de la concepción –significa, dijo la hermana Interana –la pésima y deficiente fórmula que le infunden a sus hijos cuando los conciben. 194El nuevoestado lumínico del sernacerá del alma convirtiéndoloen un Ser de LUZ y AMOR. Es un nuevo orden dimensional, es vivir con el espíritu y no con la materia. Es recuperar la energía cósmica que estuvo dormida, la cualcomenzará a funcionar de acuerdo al orden divino que genera laexistencia en todos los niveles de frecuencia y vibración eterna e infinita. El Ser no se da cuenta pero está a merced de las demandas caprichosas y fantasiosas de su propio EGO. TERCER GRUPO.-Estas almas encarnadas no logran liberarse del yugo opresor de una creencia específica. Han vivido vida tras vida en líneas religiosas rígidas, las cuales no les permite la libertad de expresión. Este tipo de seres son los que se atreven a atacar este conocimiento, dado a que les es muy difícil entenderlo, ya que están abocados totalmente y fanáticamente a una sola creencia, que les hace creer que solo a través de ella obtendrán la salvación eterna. Estas almas por su falta de apertura mental, tienden a limitar el crecimiento del alma, ya que no se permiten 196experimentar o aprender otros conocimientos y al no hacerlo, su alma queda atrapada en un círculo vicioso de severas y rigurosas formas de pensar. La energía girará y girará, hasta que un día por evolución saldrá y podrá librarse de su prisión mental.CUARTO GRUPO.-Son aquellos que no se interesan en absoluto de estos temas. Nacen, viven, acumulan bienes, procrean y desencarnan totalmente dormidos. No buscan o indagan ni siquiera por curiosidad. Niegan y dudan de todo. Son almas miedosas, inseguras. No han desarrollado lainquietud interna del descubrimiento y despertar. Estas almas nacen una y otra vez hasta que un día la energía de su alma sentirá la necesidad de cuestionarse y comienza a hacerse preguntas ¿De dónde vengo, quién soy y a dónde voy?, es el despertar de su alma. Es un proceso normal que todas las almas tienen en el transcurso de sus encarnaciones., es la oruga que comienza el proceso natural de especie para convertirse en una maravillosa Mariposa. Ustedes –continuó el hermano Seramita -tienenel LIBRE ALBEDRÍO, significa que todo lo que el alma aprende en el transcurso de sus encarnaciones, ella tiene la libertad para usarlo para el “Bien” o para el “Mal”, esto dependerá de la esencia que trae el alma consigo y de lo que ha aprendido de vida en vida o de lo que ha trabajado interiormente o no. Por este motivo vemos personas que les hace mucho bien la lectura de los libros y otras se desvían del camino correcto. Veamos un ejemplo: Si la persona no está equilibrada emocionalmente, si en otras vidas no trabajósu Ego, la Vanidad, la Soberbia y vive dentro del romanticismo y fantasía de los fenómenos extrasensoriales, entonces al leer los libros o al adquirir nuevos conocimientos de su vida actual, su mente activará lo que no ha trabajado en otras vidas anteriores. Creará en su mente un mundo mágico e irreal (fantasía), creerá ser el elegido (ego) por las huestes angelicales y se autonombrará guía y salvador del mundo (vanidad y soberbia). 

 

 Se colocará mil títulos que renombren su persona y dejará que los demás lo veneren (auto-reconocimiento y complacencia de su ego). En este caso los libros EL SER UNO u otros conocimientos que la vida actual le ofrece, aumentarán su conocimiento y como su alma no entiende el camino correcto que debe hacer, tomará los aprendizajes que lleguen a él y lo utilizará equivocadamente. Alimentará su ego ejerciendo el dominio sobre los demás seres, los cuales al ver que esta persona se expresa de una forma elevada, creerán en su debilidad e ignorancia que es un ser especial, elevado y quelos guiará a la salvación eterna. Lo triste es, que su alma le está indicando claramente lo que debe trabajar, pero como está ciego de ego y vanidad y como se siente escogido, iluminado, especial y cree firmemente que es el salvador del mundo, no logra entender lo que debe trabajar y lo que su alma le está transmitiendo. Volverá entonces a repetir una y otra vez los errores de sus anteriores encarnaciones. Hoy en día debenestar muy atentos, ya que la era de los guiadores, gurús, maestros y más... TERMINÓ... Hoy en día la “Espiritualidad es Interna”, es una forma de vivir y de ser y este trabajo debe ser realizado por cada uno de ustedes.Debencomprender que todos los seres de este planeta tienen que trabajar lo suyo, por eso estánaquí. ¿CUÁNTO DEMORA UN ALMA PARA VOLVER A NACER? 

Es relativo ya que el tiempo en términos universales no existe –respondió el hermano Aznahel –El universo se rige por Frecuencia, Vibración, Ritmo, Colores etc. Solo podemos decir lo siguiente: El alma cuando está encarnada y desencarnada emite un latido como si fuera una onda y dependiendo de ella el alma sabrá a ciencia cierta el lapso que debe tener para su próxima encarnación. Podemos compararlo a una nota musical... Una nota DO será baja y su sonido muy corto, significa que una alma densa, baja y oscura encarnará en un lapso muy breve y una nota SI de sonido muy agudo, significa que una alma elevada, sutil y de luz encarnará en un lapso muy largo. El “tiempo” planeta Tierra lo decidirá la onda emisora de esa alma.2-¿CUÁNDO NOSOTROS ENCARNAMOS EN ESTE MUNDO, YA VENIMOS CON UN DESTINO FIJO? ¿YA ESTAMOS PREDESTINADOS Y SOLO TENEMOS QUE ACTUAR POSITIVAMENTE ANTE CUALQUIER PERCANCE O EN LOS MALOS MOMENTOS?Para entender esta pregunta,debemos primero partir del hecho, que ustedes son lacontinuación de muchas vidas, las cuales son vividas a través de las encarnaciones –comenzó explicando el hermano Interano -A partir del concepto de la encarnación y reencarnación, podremos entender que ustedesen cada vida que vivenno comienzande cero cuando nacen, si no, suspensamientos continúan correlacionándose energéticamente de vida en vida. Es un bagaje extraordinario de energías-pensamientos que losforman y este equipaje tiene su parte negativa y positiva, esto hará que en la próxima vida lessucedan acontecimientos que muchas veces no los entiendeny tienden aencausarlos al Destino, a la Buena o Mala Suerte. Los Centros Energéticos (chacras) son comandados por el Sistema Nervioso que a la vez está conectado con la Glándula Pituitaria. Why It’s Important To Stop Fearing Your Dark Side & Begin Understanding It 

One of my favourite quotes is by Carl Jung: ” One does not become enlightened by imagining figures of light but by making the darkness conscious.” This resonates with me so much, I think, because I’ve spent the last 10 years reading, listening to, absorbing, mimicking, and meditating on the following mantras: “Just think positive thoughts.”; “All we are is love and light.”; “This too will pass.”; “Transcend your ego.”

I have pages and pages of words in countless journals asking, no, pleading, with God or the Universe to please help me be better and rid myself of negativity. I think to myself, “God please help me be more loving, more compassionate, more understanding.” Let me just go ahead and say, nothing is wrong with praying for these things, but not once did I ever stop to think that perhaps I’m not embodying these traits I so desperately seek for a reason.

What is this wild, pushy, manipulative, self-serving woman trying to actually show me right now? I’m talking about my ‘shadow’ self, or ego-self. We all have one, and the more we run and hide and try to deny it’s there, the more internal conflict arises. We’re living in fantasy land if we think we are, and must be, happy, loving, shiny, joy-filled beings all the time. Everyone wants pleasure without the pain. Life doesn’t work like that. We live in a dualistic world.

Our psyche and our experiences are constantly trying to get us back into balance, hence the turmoil we may feel when we encounter someone that challenges our motives, ideals, beliefs, or values. We tell ourselves, “I gotta stay loving, gotta stay compassionate, gotta stay peaceful.” Affirmation, affirmation, affirmation. We fight our nature and go against our own values to please others, usually by subordinating. In order not to hurt others, we hurt ourselves. I had a very profound shift in my personal relationship this year regarding this so-called light/shadow self.

Through his words, my partner actually helped me to become more integrated with myself, and in the same instance, he became more aware of his own delusions when it came to a significant other. He was constantly calling me mean and unkind but I knew how loving and caring I could be. Too often we had disagreement after disagreement, over things that now seemed small, but at the time they felt huge. It could have been my tone that set him off, but it was his words that agitated me. One time he came home with a friend and I had just spent time making bean burgers. He came into the kitchen gave me a kiss of the cheek and said “oh you made bean burgers? i make them all the time” . I shook my head a bit and said “um, no you don’t. We’ve lived together for six months and you have yet to make them once”. We went back and forth like children and yes my tone did change due to do the annoyance I felt. I wanted him to just be honest, he felt i over reacted and didn’t understand what the big deal was and why I was being so mean. Bringing in our mutual friend into the equation as an allie did not help the situation and i continued on my ‘mean’ streak for the rest of the evening. Basically in this situation mean looks like me shutting down. Unresponsive, short, cold demeanor, sarcasm, and withdrawn. It came down to a he said she said, that we were both tired of doing. It was hard to communicate with I slipped into this kind of mode and he was seeing me through his own filters. I asked my closest people ” Do you think I’m a mean person?” Surprisingly to me, I got a bunch of yes responses, but always followed up with a but, your also loving, fun, caring…it’s just sometimes. It was very rare my partner would follow up one of his “you’re mean” with a positive so I just thought something was terribly wrong with me. Months of biting my tongue, repressed emotional outbursts, sad journals entries, and tears lead to hating myself for being something he didn’t like or want. I experienced deep insecurity.

Great rewards come to those who have the courage to see. I asked my good friend and fellow CE team member Stephan Gardner for some guidance and help, as he is a master of neutrality. He assisted me in seeing the positives of this situation and they came in the form of an unwavering bond of self-love, a deep desire to find out what was really going on, and a much more balanced relationship.

Being manipulative, demanding, and mean are parts of myself that I was denying, and in those moments when I embodied these characteristics, I was actually helping my partner come out of his delusions of having a girlfriend that is ‘nice’ and ‘kind’ and ‘loving’ all the time. Again, wanting all the pleasure without the pain.

It’s funny, since I’ve been chatting with Steve, I’ve realized that everything actually does serve our highest mission or values in this world. I’m not reading it in some book or listening to a lecture or talk from someone that “knows more than me”; I learned this from my own experiences and looking at them from a zoomed out perspective. Our shadow/ego self works so incredibly hard to get our attention and break us out of our fantasies and actually is a compensation to the extreme light side so many of us have made on this spiritual/awakened path. I think it’s time we revisit everything we think we’ve learned on this journey and ask ourselves what really resonates.

I asked Steve for some ways we can all integrate both sides of our psyche. A self-aware person will be able to identify moments when their ‘shadow self’ has come out. These can be difficult to do, but they are so worth it. He came up with these helpful tools:
Identify moments where you have displayed your so-called shadow self.
Write down how displaying that side, in those moments, were of benefit or service to you and those you displayed it towards.
Write down the drawbacks if, in those moments, you had instead displayed your ‘light self.’
How is your ‘shadow-self’ integral to achieving your highest values and life goals?
What would be the downsides or drawbacks if you didn’t have this ‘shadow-self’?

There is always a golden, shiny nugget of wisdom, experience, and knowledge to be found in every challenge or seemingly negative trait we encounter. We need more wildly conscious people on the earth right now — it is time to get really real and balanced!

TRANSCRIPT FOR THIRD CHAKR MEDITATION:


Blessings, we will now share the third meditation for your third Chakra.

Align yourself for this meditation by taking a long slow deep breath.
In fact, take a moment to close your eyes and breathe in one, two, three, four –-- hold, hold that inner Light.
Slowly breathe out –-- one, two, three, four, five, six –-- and relax.

Feel how your Solar Plexus, your third Chakra expands up with your in breath
and relaxes down as you exhale that breath.

Let us do that one more time. Breathe in –-- one, two, three, four --- hold, hold
that breath, and hold that Unconditional Love that flows with that breath.

Now breathe that Unconditional Love out into your life – one, two, three, four, five, six. And, remember to say,
“I Love Myself Unconditionally,
I Love Myself Unconditionally,
I Unconditionally Love Myself.”

And as I focus on my third Chakra, I realize that this is the Chakra of my Solar Plexus, of my own personal Solar System of my own Inner Sun.

And as I feel that power within, I allow that power to pull in the Unconditional Love that I now send directly in to my Solar Plexus – into that area which also rules my stomach.

This area, my stomach, is where I digest life. AND what I know, what I feel, what maybe I didn’t realize before, what I am digesting now is the Higher Light that is coming in to this innate portal of my Solar Sun of my third Chakra.

I feel that vortex as it opens with my Unconditional Love.
As I send Unconditional Love into that Vortex and feel how it opens more and more.

I attach this vortex to my ego self,
my daily thoughts for daily life that are ruled by my third Chakra.

And I bravely step into that portal, into that inter-dimensional reality where the yellow, the yellow hue of my daily third Chakra reality, is transmuting more and more
from my personal essence to my Golden Essence of Soul.

I feel that power within of my Soul.
I open that portal, so that my soul can come into my daily thoughts.

In my daily thoughts I can feel my own inner power.
As I focus on my inner power I intermingle, merge, collect, combine this power
with the Unconditional Love that I AM holding for my self.

I realize that my third Chakra rules the concepts, the thoughts of:
Power Over vs. Power Within

I feel the messages, the memories, the thoughts, the victories, and the sorrows,
as I feel my life in situations when I experienced that
others had power over me,
or when I experienced that I had power within myself.

And I take a long moment to recall a time within my life where I felt like someone else had power over me and it hurt, it wounded me, it made me angry or sad or frightened.

But now I have learned to Love Myself Unconditionally and I feel that power within.
And with that power within I go to that person, I go to that place, or I go to that situation in which I once felt that that situation or that person had power over me.

And, I Love Myself Unconditionally,
I feel that power within myself
and I extend that Unconditional Love and Power Within
to that very person, place, situation or thing that once hurt me.

I know now that I have enough Unconditional Love for Myself that
I can heal my wounds and move into my full power within.

ABOUT THE THIRD CHAKRA
LOCATION: The third chakra is located between the sternum bone and the navel.
PETALS: There are ten petals in the third chakra which, when spinning, may appear like a vortex. In numerology, the number 10 is reduced to the number 1. Number one symbolizes the beginning, as “In the beginning there was the word,” and every word begins with a thought. Even if it is unconscious, thought precedes communication. The third chakra also represents our communication with the fourth dimensional astral world, which is too often unconscious.
NOTE AND MANTRA: The note for this chakra is D and the mantra is “ram” or “aum”.
COLOR: The color of this chakra is yellow to gold. When seen in one’s aura with astral vision, the color yellow represents intellectual thinking. The color gold represents identification with one’s Soul qualities. A predominance of yellow in one’s aura represents one’s attachment to their ego’s rational thought. On the other hand, the predominance of gold in one’s aura represents an ego that has surrendered its control of the physical earth vessel to their Soul.
On a physical level, the color yellow stands for caution. Yellow is between the red of “stop” and the green of “go.” Great caution is needed to integrate our physical and astral selves. The road to spirituality is paved with cautious patience.
RULES: The third chakra rules the MENTAL portion of our consciousness and governs thinking, both psychic and intellectual, and the power, control and/or freedom that is gained by our minds. This chakra is the “power chakra.” It governs our sense of self, the power that that we have within and over our destinies, the power that we have over others, and the power that others have over us.
If a person is too yin, female energy, then he or she may feel powerless. On the other hand, if a person is too yang, male energy, then he or she may have a tendency to be aggressive or greedy. The third chakra, which relates to the liver, gall bladder, stomach, spleen, and pancreas, regulates how centered we feel during the day in relation to our mental facilities and our ability to be self-motivated.
The projections of our ego and our vital energies are both influenced by this chakra because it rules how well we can maintain our sense of Self when in a power struggle with another. The battle between egos is difficult to win if we are children and our opponent is our parent. Therefore, this chakra holds the secrets of the many power struggles that we fought and lost with our parents, and other authority figures, as a child.
The third chakra is known as the gateway into the Astral Plane of the fourth dimension. It therefore rules our astral emotions. However, these emotions are very different than physical emotions that are felt through our second chakra. Our second chakra rules emotions of a survival, instinctual type; whereas, the emotions of the third chakra are intertwined with our thought process.
These more “cognitive emotions” are felt as reactions to others, and as reactions to our desires and goals. It is this combination of thought and emotions that opens our gateway into the fourth dimension. Once opened, this portal can begin to blend out third dimensional perceptions with the higher senses of our physic, intuitive consciousness.
The integration of our physical and astral bodies can create yet another control issue for the third chakra. Besides the control issues of different egos attempting to assert their personal power over another, there are the internal control issues of thoughts vs. emotions, intuition vs. intellect, and yin vs. yang.
SENSE: The third chakra rules our sense of sight. It rules the physical sight of our third dimensional consciousness as well as the “second” sight, or astral vision, of our fourth dimensional consciousness.
ASTROLOGY SIGN: Leo is an astrological sign that is often associated with this chakra. Leo, which is ruled by the Sun, symbolizes our warmth and strength as well as our striving for recognition, power, and social status. Astrologically, our Sun represents the ego system that we embody within this lifetime.
The third chakra represents the struggle of that ego system, first with others and then with our Soul. When we find our power within ourselves, we no longer need to struggle against others. Then our ego must learn to recognize the still, small voice of our Soul and learn to surrender control of our earth vessel to this superior Captain.
ELEMENT: Fire is the element associated with this chakra. Fire represents the electrical/neural portion of our third dimensional physical body. Electricity is associated with our ability to consciously rule our behavior by our thoughts because it is the electrical firing of our nervous system that allows our cortex to choose our behavior.
When we have gained the “will power” to choose our behaviors, actions, words, and attitudes, we are consciously in control of our life. On the other hand, if our behavior, actions, words, and attitudes are not consciously chosen then we are reacting rather than responding. Then, do not feel like we are “in control” of our life because we were unable to chose a response that empowers us.
The third, solar plexus chakra rules the animal kingdom of which humanity is said to be at the top of the hierarchy. This determination is made by the size of our cortex and our supposed ability to control our own destiny. However, that control is not based solely upon the size of our cortex. Whales and dolphins have larger cortexes then us, and dolphins actually have more speech mechanisms than humans. However, whales and dolphins have been at the mercy of mankind’s violence for many years.
Humans have also harmed, killed, and enslaved other humans as well. The third chakra is the chakra that deals with both inter- and intra-species’ struggle for power and dominance. The ability to communicate our thoughts and feelings through speech has always been an important factor in that struggle.
CONSCIOUSNESS: The area of the brain associated with this chakra is the neo cortex, which is the beginning of higher mental functioning. The third chakra represents our third dimensional consciousness, as well as how our fourth dimensional astral body influences our physical world. If we disallow any conscious influence from our astral self, we limit our reality.
PERSONAL TIMELINE: This chakra represents ages 6 years to adolescence. This is the time frame when the child begins school and moves away from the constant influence of the family. From the ages of 6 through 12, children are interacting with teachers, friends, and their friends’ families, but their primary influence is still their home.
Children of this age are increasingly becoming aware that they are different from their parents. Especially as they move into early adolescence, this awareness drives them to find their own identity within the family. From 12 through adolescence, the focus switches from the family to friends. If these young adolescents are able to develop a sense of self while living in the family system, they will have an easier time when they repeat that process outside of the home.
SOCIAL TIMELINE: Anthropologically, the third chakra represents the civilizations of about 5,000 years ago when the great empires of Egypt, Syria, Greece, and Rome existed. These societies became dominant through "Power Over” their opponents. The rise and peak of these civilizations marked the expansion of humankind’s cognitive abilities.
Within these civilizations, at least some members of the society had “time” to pursue something beyond survival. Multiple Gods, and Goddesses, as well as animals, were worshiped by most of these societies.
ENDOCRINE: The endocrine gland for the third chakra is the pancreas. The pancreas plays an important part in the digestion of food. The pancreas secretes the hormone insulin, which regulates the level of blood sugar in the system and metabolism needed for digesting carbohydrates. Enzymes that are secreted by the pancreas are important for the balance of fats and proteins.
This endocrine gland is thrown off when too much sugar is taken into the system. This is often because the person wants more sweetness in their life and does not know how to get it. Alcoholic beverages instantly convert to sugar, and diabetes can result from alcoholism. Again, this person does not feel like they have the power within to face life and must take a substance to comfort themselves.
NERVE PLEXUS: The solar plexus, which is located just beneath the ribcage, is the plexus associated with this chakra. Areas of the body associated with this chakra are the lower back, abdomen, digestive system, stomach, liver, spleen, gall bladder, and autonomic nervous system.
CLEAR: When the third chakra is clear we have a strong sense of personal power and self-motivation. Our power struggles with others are minimal because we accept responsibility for the creation of our own reality. Therefore, we do not feel victimized or controlled by others. If there is a problem in our life, we realize that “if it comes to me, it is mine to deal with”. We have keen decision making abilities, a strong will power, and a good self-image.
Since we take charge of our lives, we have good health and vital energy. When we can balance yin and yang, thoughts and emotions, intuition and intellect, will power and surrender to Soul, we can be conscious of the many messages that come to us from the Astral Plane. We are able to shield ourselves from the “psychic pull” of others, as we are able to discriminate our emotions from the emotions of others. We can do this because we have listened to our own Astral World as it communicates with us through our dreams and imagination.
UNCLEAR: When the third chakra is unclear, we feel powerless. Since we feel that we have no ability to gather what we need when we need it, we can be reduced to greed, doubt, anger, and then, of course, guilt. Our bodies respond to the constant tension by developing ulcers, jaundice, hepatitis, diabetes, hypoglycemia, and gallstones. Our sense of powerlessness in the world causes excessive worrying, hypochondriac pain, irritability, and procrastination. We are overly sensitive, cry easily, feel fatigue, and are often anxious and/or depressed.
Our inability to integrate the inner call of our Astral life with the outer world creates an over sensitivity to the psychic world of others. Other people’s fear, which is the “loudest” emotion to be felt in our third chakra, piggybacks onto our own fear. It then becomes increasingly difficult to be with others or in groups. Our mind races against us with obsessive thoughts and worries. Our negative emotions then amplify our negative thinking and keep us in a constant state of turmoil.
The power that we lost in our past must be regained so that we can live in the present. We must go back to find the negative core beliefs that we hold against ourselves. These beliefs constantly remind us that we are inadequate to face life’s challenges, and that we do not have the personal power to be happy and successful.
EARTH’S CHAKRA: The earth’s third chakra is Mt. Kilimanjaro, Africa. Mt. Kilimanjaro is one of the largest freestanding mountains in the world. The other largest freestanding mountain is also in Africa, the heart of our first great civilizations. Mt. Kilimanjaro reminds us of the power that we can gain to stand-alone by finding our “power within.”
DIMENSIONS: This chakra represents our third and fourth dimensional bodies. The third chakra is the gateway to the fourth dimension. Unfortunately, this “gateway” is often first experienced in our bodies by uncomfortable feelings in the third chakra area of our bodies. In order to avoid being a victim to the psychic world of others, we must gather our own fourth dimensional power. When we have come to peace with our inner world, as well as the thoughts and feelings that originate in that world, we will find our true power to “stand alone” in the outer world.
SUMMARY: Our third chakra deals with digestion, synthesis, distribution, and emanation of our personal power. Our stomach, pancreas, gall bladder and liver deal with our digestion and synthesis, and our spleen and autonomic nervous system distributes and emanates our power.
Our personal power was enhanced or limited in our childhoods. Third dimensionally, our early environment either empowered us if our parents were kind, positive, and supportive, or gave us opportunities to make our own decisions to experience success or failure. Our early environment took our power away if our parents limited us with criticism, cruelty, insensitivity, and unfair punishment.
Fourth dimensionally, our power was given or stolen by the thoughts and feelings of those around us in our early years. Even though we may have disowned our fourth dimensional powers by adulthood, it was a normal part of our childhood. Often, as children we could see fairies, talk to our dog, and experience our stuffed animal or doll as alive. The adults may then have said, “How cute. What a good imagination you have.” OR “Shut up, there are no fairies and dogs can only bark.”
So what did we believe? What did we give power to, the “make believe” fairies, the dog that loved us, or the parent that gave us a home and food? The rule of nature is survival. We could survive without fairies and talking dogs, but we could not survive without a home and food. Therefore, we listened to “them,” the ones who raised us. Their reality became our reality.
If we were fortunate enough to have parents who felt powerful and gave us love, protection, and encouragement, we had a happy safe reality in which we could blossom into our fullest potential. On the other hand, if our parents were afraid, angry, powerless victims to others or to the “system,” then we are in danger of recreating that world, as it was our only model. We also created that reality because the gateway to our Soul, our fourth dimensional astral world, had been dampened and discarded as “just our imagination.”
As children, the fourth dimensional psychic “gateway” was still open, and we could clearly receive ALL the pain, fear, anger, and sorrow of our family and others with whom we were intimate. The main problem was that when we “psychically” picked up the astral environment around us, which was the thoughts and feelings of others’, we did not perceive it as the thoughts and feeling of others. We perceived it as our own. WE felt like the victim, WE were sad, angry, or afraid, and WE believed that we could not create a better life.
Therefore, we created core beliefs about ourselves that protected us from our uncomfortable emotional world. These core beliefs were usually about our own limitations, such as: “I am not good enough”; “I don’t deserve”; or “I am not worthy”. Then we could keep the necessary belief that it was our inadequacy and not our parents’ inadequacy that was the source of our problems. The reality is, the core beliefs that we created were probably the very same core beliefs that our parents created and psychically passed on to us.
Nevertheless, these core beliefs did create an illusion of protection from a harsh and foreign world. Yes, to our inner self who remembered that we are Golden Lightbeings, the third dimension felt very harsh and restrictive. Therefore, most of us forgot about our Lightbody because we could not return to that body, and it only caused us pain to remember it.
In the above scenario, the child learned that power equals “Power Over” another. If their own parents were victims, then so must they be. Also, because the child still had the “second sight” of the Astral Plan, they could see and feel the fear and victimization that was the foundation of their parents’ rage and sorrow.
How can a child learn about “power within??” How can a child learn positive core beliefs like: “I am powerful, I am smart and I am lovable”? The parent can “act like” they are loving, “act like” they are not afraid, and “act like” they are happy. However, the child still “feels” the truth because he or she is still awake to his or her Astral Self. Unfortunately, by the time the child has learned to close that gateway, the damage is done. What can a parent do?
A parent can go back into his or her own childhood, find the cause of their own negative core beliefs and heal them. Then the parent does not have to “act” happy and loving. Then, the parent can “be” happy and loving. We cannot give what we do not have. If we do not have money for our self, then how can we give it away? If we do not have love for our self, then how can we give it away?
Our society has seen the power in money and will do anything to get it, but how many of us have truly experienced the power of love, love from our SELF to our self.

The purification process has begun! – How to tame the incoming energies, feel at peace and regain your balance quickly and efficiently

Yesterday the whole day as soon as I would close my eyes I would see a whole lot of angels swirling around me. I was shown many visions of what is to come. Many light beings are already here on earth and more are descending by the second. I was told that the clearing and purification process has begun! They are working relentlessly to prepare everyone for what is to come starting April 15th.

Many of you may find yourself floating through space, time may begin to speed up for you and then slow down significantly. What happened in the morning may appear to you as if it has been a few days since. Your body may begin to ache in various places, joints, muscles and heart are all greatly effected right now. Especially the HEART. Many of you may begin to feel heart palpitations. Please know that this is a normal state of being as we are moving closer and closer to an amazing celestial alignment. You may experience mood swings. And many other bodily sensations. Please understand that this is all a normal part of this time.

The month of April has brought with it an inconceivable amount of energies, which are fiercely cleansing out all of our dormant issues that we so neatly tucked away inside our energy bodies. Many of you are writing to me saying that you don’t know how you are going to make it through this time, as your emotions are ranging from super HIGH to super LOW within a few hours span. And since we’re all in this together, I completely understand what you are going through, as I am riding with you in the same boat so to speak.

So what can we all do to assist our bodies in this transition, and not lose our minds in the process ? There are a myriad things we can do, and I’m sure all of you have a special way of calming yourself down and regaining your balance. However, here I am going to share that which I have tested on myself.

The FASTEST way to regain balance is as follows, and I’ve written about this previously:

Put your palms together into a prayer position and put them between your legs, breathe in and out for about a minute. You should regain your balance right away.

FOR A VERY THOROUGH CLEANSE this is what you would do.

-Lay down on the floor so that no one can disturb you.

-Call upon your guides, whomever they might be, and begin to scan your body relaxing every single fiber, muscle, etc., as you make your way up to the top of your head. Start with your toes and keep repeating this to yourself “I am allowing myself to relax, I am allowing myself to be cleansed. Please cleanse me from everything and anything I might have picked up that does not belong to me and is not for my highest good. Release everything into the light for HEALING and TRANSMUTATION.”

-Keep scanning your whole entire body and as you breath try to consciously send this air into that muscle, just imagine that the air is traveling to that particular place on your body, be it your toes, or nose. Allow the energy to linger there, by completely and fully concentrating on that area of your body, and let whatever emotion come and wash over you.

-It might be difficult at first, as your body will resist this relaxation, fear might overcome you and you might wish to get up and forget about this, but keep going. Keep pushing through this blockage and keep repeating the same thing over and over again, scanning your entire body and making sure the everything is relaxed. Relax your face, deliberately, just relax all the fibers there, everything must be completely relaxed.

-As you progress from your feet to the top of your head you will feel this relaxation finally taking you over, you’ll feel as if you are in a hypnotized state for a bit, as the energy is circulating throughout your whole body. Allow yourself to stay there for a few minutes then slowly sit up and be sure to look in the mirror. You will be amazed at how much younger and healthier you look AND FEEL!

-If you cannot do any of this as you are rushing about your day, and find yourself completely out of balance, keep a spray bottle of Rescue Remedy with you, it works miracles!

There is another way to do this which I’ve spoken about before:

A VERY SIMPLE technique on removing negative thought patterns, energies, vibrations etc., that you pick up throughout the day that works for me, and for many others who’ve tried it.

All you do is:

• -Stand upright with your arms bent at the elbows so that your palms are facing up,

• -Your legs are in a straight line and feet together

• -Once you are in this position, close your eyes, take a deep breath and hold imagining that the air that you are breathing in is first delivered to the upper half of your body. Exhale

• -Now breathe in one more time and imagine that the air travels all the way down into your feet, hold and exhale.

• -Do this breathing at least 3 times up and 3 times down. You might feel a little bit light headed, if so put your palms together as if into a praying position and stand there for a few seconds until your energy balances out.

• -Now imagine that there is a shaft of blue colored light that is entering form the crown of your head and traveling all the way down to your feet and beyond. Imagine that while this light is traveling through your body that it is cleansing out every single cell within your body and releasing all the tension that you might feel, all the negative emotions and all the negative vibrations that you might have picked up throughout the day.

• -At the same time call upon your deity of choice and ask them to “Dear ________ I ask you now to please release all the negative thoughts, emotions, vibrations I might have consciously or subconsciously picked up throughout the day and send it into the light for HEALING & TRANSMUTATION. And instead fill my body and my heart and my soul with Love, Light, Patience, Understanding and whatever else you wish to be infused with”

• -As you do this visualize all the negativity leave your body, as if debris that is flying off of your and being sucked into the light and sent up to the source for cleansing. And instead see yourself basked in a pure loving, healing blue light.

The sunflower moves itself in the most direct position in front of the sun so it can get the maximum sun rays. This is symbolic of spiritual faith, and worship because we follow our belief system as the sunflower moves to face the life-giving rays of the sun.

The sunflower is the Greek symbol of Clytie (a water nymph) who turns into a sunflower after grieving over the loss of her love (Apollo). In esoteric Christianity, the sunflower is a symbol of God’s love. The sunflower as a symbol can also represent the unwavering faith that guides the soul to the highest spiritual attunement.

Sunflower is a perfect symbol for the faith because the blossom (bright and bountiful) is always seeking out the light. Symbolically, this is spiritually akin to the heart/soul of humankind always seeking and attaining unity with the light of faith and keeping a connection with the Source/God/Goddess of one’s own understanding.

As a yellow flower, the sunflower can be compared to the solar-plexus chakra (Manipura). This chakra (and its color) governs intellect, and is a central force of perception as well as self-awareness and personal evolution.

Actually, the symbolism of water comes into play with sunflower meaning too. 11-10-11 Message from the Arcturians



Our Dear Ascending Ones,

Once you have traveled through the Doorway, Portal, Stargate, (which is not time-bound, so there is no “date” for this journey) you will be 100% responsible fore everything that comes into your life. In New Earth, which is the Threshold Word into the fifth dimension, every random thought and emotion will manifest. If your thoughts and feeling hold any fear-based patterns, you will no longer be able to resonate to fifth dimensional New Earth and your experience of that reality will end. There is morality or judgment involved this statement. It is simply that Law of Resonance. There are myriad realities, and you choose the reality and/or realities you wish to experience by calibrating your consciousness to the signature frequency of that reality.

In fact, you can only understand or discuss multidimensional experiences, such as ascension, from the perspective of multidimensional thinking and unconditional love. Think of it in that you cannot run if you do no know to walk. When you could barely walk. Hence, running was beyond your conception. In the same manner, when you are thinking in terms of third dimensional separation, limitation and time-bound events, it is difficult to even contemplate a reality in which all life exists and intermingles within the Unity of the ONE. Therefore, to experience a reality which is beyond mental programing to envision. Fortunately, you are all awakening at the “speed of multidimensional light” and embracing the FEEL of unconditional love.

It is the qualities multidimensional light and unconditional love that can best align you with the reality that you would most love to choose. Remember, dear Ones, the reality that you live is the reality you perceive. This perception is based on your belief that you are a Multidimensional Being. This belief expands your consciousness into the fifth dimension and beyond. With this expanded consciousness you can expect to perceive the higher realities. Then your expectation directs your perceptions. You do see how this entire journey begins with your belief that you are a Multidimensional Being, and allowing your Multidimensional SELF to take the reigns.

Fortunately, as you believe in and integrate your Multidimensional SELF, your multidimensional operating system begins to fully integrate into your every thought and emotion. This integration is natural, so you do need to try. All you need “do” is to believe in your SELF. Whenever you make the decision to maintain a state of multidimensional consciousness you are choosing to align and open your personal Doorway to New Earth. When your consciousness lowers into a third dimensional state of consciousness, the Doorway to New Earth closes. In this manner, you will live in two worlds, and journey back and forth between them by choosing your state of consciousness.

Your greatest challenge is to be the master of your every thought and emotion that you allow to reside in your consciousness. It is for this reason that ascending ones in other “times” in your third dimensional world closed themselves off in caves and distant mountaintops. In deep seclusion, they could ignore the chatter of the fear-based consciousness that constantly emanated from daily life in the third dimension. Therefore, our dearest ascending one, you have the greatest challenge of all, as you cannot isolate yourself in distant places for your society does not support that choice. Because your ascension includes Gaia, you must find that peace within, while daily intermingling with “life on 3D Earth.” However, the emanation of multidimensional light and unconditional love that you gain from your Surrender to SELF, that which is in the process of creating New Earth NOW.


11-11-11 Message from the Arcturians


As long as there is a need for success in the eyes of others, or a desire for financial wealth in your physical world, you are bound to that world by your “need” (need = fear in disguise) for fulfillment based on someone outside of your Oneness. This is another reason why seeker closed themselves off in caves, temples and mountaintops. However, the question is, “How do you discern between “outside your Oneness” and “inside your Oneness?”

The answer to this question is simple. If the issue is caused by a life form, place, situation or thing outside of your earth vessel, you have released the creation of your reality to a NOT-YOU Source. To remember the fifth dimension that you have just visited, you must remain inside your SELF. The third dimensional virtual reality game is an illusion that your avatar self thinks is real. You avatar self is a third dimensional human being who has logged in and out of the 3D Game so many times that is had identified with illusions of that Game. Therefore, your avatar self perceives reality in a reversed manner.

Your avatar self thinks that when it logs out of the 3D Game it ceases to exit, as it can only experience life through the perspective of the human senses. In reality, YOU are the ONE who logs in and out of the 3D virtual reality game. For many rounds of the Game, you have thought that you were reborn when you logged into the Game and died when you logged out of the Game. That is the part that is reversed. For far too many lifetimes and sojourns into the 3D Game, you believed that you were re-born when you enter the 3D Game. In reality, because you forgot about bi-location, when you entered the 3D Game you died to your SELF and became the avatar self.

As you continue with your ascension process, you begin to remember that YOU cannot die. You remember that YOU are pure consciousness who is choosing to take on an “individual” experience of the great ONE, of whom you are a component. When you remember that you the pure consciousness of the ONE, which occurs within your fifth dimensional consciousness and beyond, you Know that your re-birth to SELF occurs when you log out of the 3D Game and, too often Death is logging in to the 3D Game. That concept does not concern you for YOU are always constant.

Furthermore, your fifth dimensional expression of SELF is logging into and out of myriad realities within the same moment of the NOW. Therefore, there is no loss because you can enter and leave any realty whenever you feel the call. From a multidimensional perspective there is no emotional attachment to death for it is your own choice to terminate the experience of any reality, and birth represents a new reality to which you will bi-locate. There is, however, an emotional component to entering a reality, for it is unconditional love, the binding force of the universe, that allows you to log into, be re-born, take a form in any particular expression of reality. Any fear-based emotions that lower your resonance below that of your fifth dimensional Self will terminate that experience, and you will return to your ascending process.

There is no judgment. It is just that your resonance must match that of any given reality that you wish to experience. If your signature frequency falls below that resonance, you can no longer adhere to that reality. Because you are newly returning from a very long sojourn on polarized Earth, it will likely take some practice to be able to maintain your multidimensional consciousness. This state of consciousness resonates to the frequency of unconditional love, which is quite foreign in a third dimensional reality.

Hence, be patient with your self, as you must release old, third dimensional habits. To return to your fifth dimensional state of consciousness remember to release your attachment to any fear-based thoughts, emotions, people situations or things. This release of your attachments allows you to return to your fifth dimensional resonance so that you can either log in or bi-locate into in to New Earth.
